Justin joined the University of Michigan-Dearborn faculty in 2019 upon completing his post-doctoral work at Brigham Young University as a research fellow in the Wheatley Institution Ethics Initiative. He received his Ph.D. in Management from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, his Bachelor’s in Management from Brigham Young University-Provo, and his Associate’s in Business from Brigham Young University-Idaho.

Justin has 15 years of industry experience as an operations executive, working both internationally and stateside.

He is a proud father of four children, and has been married to his amazing wife Diane for 22 years.
